WHY ARE PROBIOTICS SO IMPORTANT IN THE DIGESTIVE PROCESS? In this Workshop, you will be provided with information explaining why beneficial bacteria is so important not only in our stomach but also our small intestine.
You will also understand why bacteria that is harmful to our digestive system is able to thrive and how, simply by changing the environment in our Digestive Tract, this can create improvement in many of the dis-ease you may be experiencing.
We will focus on not only how to include probiotics in yoghurt but will also discuss many other ways of rebuilding your Microbiome after possibly years of attack from what we eat, stressors as well as medicines we have knowingly or unknowingly taken and chemicals and synthetic materials in our environment.
You will be provided with the 'mother' for creating your own yoghurt, booklet of the information discussed along with Morning tea, herb teas/herb drinks.
There will be discussion time throughout the morning where you can ask lots of questions specific to your circumstance.
