A calming meditation will help you ground your energy, quiet the mind, and open your intuitive channels. This is your moment to breathe deeply, release tension, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.
🌿Journaling for Reflection & Integration
You’ll receive a thoughtful journaling prompt to help you explore the messages that arise during your tea reading and meditation. This reflective practice supports emotional release, self‑awareness, and personal growth.
🌸 Sacred Tea Ceremony & Tea Leaf Scrying
We’ll begin by sharing a warm cup of intentionally chosen tea. As we sip, soften, and settle into the moment, you’ll be guided through the ancient practice of tea leaf reading (tasseography).
You’ll learn how to scry into the shapes, symbols, and patterns left behind, opening the door to intuitive insight, clarity, and gentle guidance.

As always, our Soul Sisters Sacred Circle is a space of compassion and connection. You’re invited to share your insights, ask questions, or simply soak in the supportive energy of the group.
