About this Event
What if a simple, creative ritual could help you pause, reconnect with yourself, and listen to your own wisdom?
Soul Pages is a 90-minute intimate gathering of women in Hammersmith where we combine writing, gentle movement, and conscious breathing to support creativity, insight, and clarity.
You don’t need to be a novelist or able to sit in the lotus position to join. All that’s required is your presence and a willingness to play with these practices—to unlock your voice and experience the power of shared feminine energy.
No experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to show up as you are. Spaces are limited to six participants, and tea and light refreshments will be provided to support reflection and connection.
Please bring:
- Water
- A yoga mat
- Any props you like to use
Your Hosts
This space is held by Amy Beeson and Claudine Van de Vyver, two facilitators rooted in practices of presence, story and embodiment.
Amy Beeson is a writer and creative events host who believes deeply in the healing power of words and witnessing. She brings a grounding, intuitive presence and a gentle yet purposeful approach to self-expression and personal storytelling.
Claudine Van de Vyver is a trauma-informed yoga and breathwork teacher and psychotherapist. Her work weaves deep listening, softness and somatic awareness, offering practices that are gentle, invitational and responsive to where you are.
Together, Amy and Claudine create slow, soulful, real spaces where women can pause, reconnect, and come home to themselve
Why Women Need This Time
Women are often balancing multiple roles—career, family, relationships, and community—yet rarely get the space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Life moves fast, and in that motion, our own desires and creativity can become buried beneath responsibilities and expectations.
Soul Pages offers:
- Dedicated space to slow down
A protected moment to simply be, breathe, move, and write. - Permission to listen to yourself
Notice thoughts, feelings, and desires without judgement. - Creative reflection
Writing, gentle movement, and breathwork provide a safe, accessible way to reach clarity, insight, and self-expression. - Connection without comparison
A small, supportive feminine circle reminds you that presence and self-expression are vital—not selfish. - A ritual that builds habit
Regularly stepping into this space strengthens the inner “muscles” that support confidence, decision-making, and wellbeing.
Essentially, this is time to reconnect with yourself in a deliberate, nourishing, and creative way—something women rarely allow themselves, yet deeply need.
