About this Event
This class is a journey through breath, movement, and stillness — an invitation to come home to yourself. We begin by connecting to the breath using pranayama techniques, awakening the body and quieting the mind. Guided movements help you soften into your body’s natural rhythm through curiosity and playfulness. Next, we open into a period of free-flowing, expressive, ecstatic dance — a space to feel, release and move intuitively without judgment.
We’ll close by slowing down, grounding back into stillness with a guided meditation to integrate and restore.
No dance experience is needed—just an open heart, a curious mind, and a willingness to let the body lead.
