Breathwork, also known as Pranayama, consists of breathing techniques that aid in toxin release and clearing stuck energy in the body and mind. When feeling stressed, breathing is impacted. Breathwork exercises promote mindful breathing and release bodily tension.
Sound Bath is a meditative experience that utilizes harmonic sound frequencies to induce a deeper state of relaxation. It stimulates the limbic system, promoting calmness. Sound Bath offers numerous benefits, including mood improvement, stress and anxiety reduction, and enhanced mindfulness of our thoughts and physical sensations.
What to bring: We will provide a yoga mat, blankets, and bolsters. Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing.
