Soul Circle returns in person at The Urban Ashram, and this gathering invites you into a deeper relationship with your body, your intuition, and the wisdom that lives within your movement.
What began as a small circle of seekers blossomed into an online sanctuary through the years. Now we gather again in sacred space, weaving luminous threads of connection back into the room where breath, presence, and shared energy create real time magic.
This month, our circle centers on Embodied Intuitive Movement. Your body is not separate from your spiritual path. It is an oracle, a compass, and a living prayer. Through guided practices and spacious exploration, you will be invited to listen inward and allow your body to move in the way your soul has been waiting for.
No choreography. No performance. Just presence.
