After such a magical evening last time, we simply couldn’t resist. Join us once more for An Evening in Italia at Barnard Griffin Winery on Friday, August 21st that features a five-course, wine-paired dinner blending fine dining with festive Italian flair, all beneath the glow of a warm summer night.

As twilight settles over the vineyard and the air hums with that unmistakable summer sweetness, we’ll transport you straight to Italy. From handmade pasta worthy of a proud nonna, to silky, decadent desserts that may inspire an impromptu aria, each course is a love letter to la dolce vita. Our chef-curated menu will once again be thoughtfully paired with Barnard Griffin wines, crafted to make your tastebuds sing (and perhaps dance just a little).

And speaking of singing...the evening’s soundtrack returns courtesy of the Mid-Columbia Mastersingers. Their live performance will sweep you from the sun-drenched piazzas of Florence to the moonlit canals of Venice. Expect soaring arias, lush harmonies, and just the right touch of theatrical drama to match the night.

1st Course - sweet corn and chive agnolotti; charred corn, ricotta, chives, parmesan

2nd Course - caprese insalata; heirloom tomatoes, housemade mozzarella, basil, olive oil, fresh cracked pepper, flaky salt

3rd Course - gnocchi al limone e mascarpone; potato gnocchi, mascarpone, lemon zest, micro greens

4th Course - osso buco; red wine and tomato braised veal shank, gremolata, served over creamy polenta, with a seasonal vegetable

5th Course - tiramisu; mascarpone, lady fingers, coffee liqueur, cocoa powder
