About this Event
Take some time out for yourself and embrace some relaxation with this sound bath + guided meditation session. Get comfortable and lay (or sit) back as Marie guides you into a deeply restful state using Himalayan singing bowls and other instruments. As well as the sound bath you'll receive gentle verbal guidance to help relieve any lingering tension from the physical + energetic bodies. The perfect way to enter meditative states, have some 'me time' and switch off, no meditation experience is required (this is a great introduction to meditation).

Please bring a yoga mat (or 2, the floor can be chilly) to lie on, blankets, cushion and anything else that makes you feel comfy ie eye pillow. There is free parking on site + toilet facilities, we are in the labelled 'small hall' (second building on your right as you drive/walk in). Please arrive from 7:40pm onwards to allow the previous yoga class participants time to vacate the car park.
