About this Event
An accessible 60-minute journey designed to help you slow down your mind, soften your body and return your nervous system to a more easeful state. Through gentle therapeutic yoga and a guided sound meditation with crystal bowls, chimes, and tuning forks, you’re invited into a space that promotes presence, calm and embodied awareness.
This session supports the nervous system’s natural capacity to shift towards a state of ease through intentional movement, breath and sound. Come as you are and allow yourself time to unwind, settle and simply be.

Montana's health journey led her to explore integrative modalities as an adjunct to conventional medicine, where she discovered profound somatic tools for resilience and deep transformation. She now offers a range of services designed to support this process in others through immersive healing sessions, therapeutic yoga and meditation classes, community wellness workshops, and consulting with healthcare professionals on integrative approaches to healing. Her approach integrates evidence-informed practices with ancient healing wisdom, creating spaces where sensitivity is honoured, and healing is co-created.
