Water, Blanket, Yoga Mat, Chapstick, Socks, Dress comfortable.
No previous experience required.

- Seizures or epilepsy
- Detached Retina
- Glaucoma
- History of Aneurysms in Immediate Family
- Severely prone to fainting or passing out
- Use of Prescription Blood Thinners such as Coumadin
- Severely low, high, or uncontrolled blood pressure
- History of Severe Panic Attacks
- Psychosis, fragile psyche, or schizophrenia
- Pregnancy
- Strokes, TIAs, seizures, or other brain/neurological conditions or disease
- Uncontrolled bipolar disorder
- Osteoporosis whereby intense movement could cause physical issues
- Severe (Level 3) Trauma, unless you are qualified to work with severe trauma patients.
