Join us for an intimate evening of music and storytelling with Toronto-based singer-songwriter D.M. Lafortune—affectionately known as Mama D!

She blends folk, blues, and Celtic-inspired “Mosaic Music” to turn life’s struggles into songs of hope, resilience, and truth. Drawing on her Cree Métis & Sami heritage and her journey navigating adoption, Mama D shares stories of identity, perseverance, and social awareness.
