Join Kierstin and Lara for a heart-centered somatic journey into sound, voice, and self-expression. Through gentle guidance, mantra, and intuitive vocal exploration, you’ll be supported in discovering (or rediscovering) your authentic voice—free from judgment or expectation.
Lara Hayes, LCSW & somatic coach, is joined by fellow women healers for a series of workshops designed to introduce you to and deepen your journey with somatic healing and the rhythm of your nervous system.
The first two workshops will be held in our community room at Wholistic Wellness, with space for 14 participants. And the final event will be held at We The People Fitness Studio, in Chicago, with space for 50 participants!
