Join us on the Long weekend for a healing body based session of Somatic Yoga and Sound Healing aimed at prioritising your selfcare and nourishment.
We start by dropping into true and deep presence with your body through Somatic Experiencing and Embodied gentle movement.
Learn SOMATIC skills to help reduce stress, anxiety and help to regulate your Nervous System.
Somatics includes:
- Breathwork
- Non Linear or Gentle Intuitive Embodied Movement
- Sound - Voice activation, humming and toning to stimulate the Vagus Nerve.
- Touch - Self touch techniques to support reconnection with your innate body wisdom, as well as receiving some gentle cranio-sacral informed touch by Karen, during the Savasana, if you wish. This is a trauma informed space where you will be supported through whatever arises.
There will be an opportunity to reflect, journal and set some intentions. Includes a Blue Lotus Tea and home made sweet treat. Blue Lotus tea has long been used in ancient Egypt and is said to reduce anxiety, enhance mood, improve sleep as well as improve cognitive clarity.
We will end with a soothing sound bath by Karen including Crystal and Himalayan Bowls, Handpan her Singing Voice and other sacred instruments to allow you to float into deep
relaxation.

Anyone wanting to deeply rest and restore and come into deeper conversation with the messages of their body. To help you connect with your inner voice and intuition.
