Somatic Sound & Artistic Journey

During the session, participants are invited to observe their internal experiences—such as emotions, sensations, and thoughts—as they connect with the resonance of sound vibrations. These sound waves can help regulate the nervous system, encouraging a deeper connection between the body and mind. Andrea is committed to fostering a secure and nurturing space, ensuring that participants feel safe to explore their inner worlds at their own pace.
After the Somatic Sound session, participants will gather their emotions to release and express on a canvas, creating a piece of artwork directly from their soul. Painting is a form of therapy where feelings unable to be expressed with words can speak through visual language.

Andrea Steele, a certified Somatic Sound Practitioner and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), offering transformative holistic practices to bridge the body, mind and heart consciousness for overall well being. Somatic Sound Meditation designed to guide participants into deep states of relaxation and self-awareness. Drawing on her experience in Somatic Sound Therapy, Somatic Integrative Trauma Therapy, and Applied Polyvagal Theory in Therapeutic Yoga, Andrea combines Tibetan and crystal singing bowls with other sound instruments to facilitate a meditative experience.
