About this Event
Somatic Silence | Intimacy for Introverts
Embodied meditation, wordless connection & gentle community
In a culture that often moves at a fast and loud pace, many of us desire depth and connection in slowness and quiet presence.
Somatic Silence is a softly held evening for introverts, sensitives, and those who long for connection without the pressure of constant conversation.
We begin the evening with a guided somatic meditation to settle the nervous system and deepen awareness in the body. From this grounded place, we transition into an hour of atmospheric musical soundscape and wordless organic movement.
Participants are welcome to:
• Move solo in their own inner landscape
• Gently interact through eye contact or shared movement
• Explore proximity and relational presence without speaking
• Rest, witness, or follow their own rhythm
There is no performance, no expectation, and no need to be “on.”
You are free to be quiet, authentic, and exactly as you are.
We close the evening in a sharing circle with light snacks, allowing gentle integration and community connection.
This is a consent based space. We will cover how to care for ourselves each other at the beginning of the event.
This space is especially supportive for:
• Introverts and highly sensitive people
• Those who prefer depth over small talk
• Anyone seeking authentic connection without social pressure
• People curious about somatic or nonverbal relational practice
