Somatic Self-Love: a Yoga and Breathwork Journey
Come join us for a transformative experience at The Salisbury Centre! This event is all about reconnecting with your body and nurturing self-love through yoga and breathwork.
Join Sarah and Taryn for an afternoon of transformative movement, meditation and self love.
You will be guided through an hour of uplifting flow yoga, followed by a 45 minute somatic breathwork journey and finally time to process, chat and enjoy a nourishing snack together.
Sarah is a yoga teacher trained in vinyasa flow, trauma informed movement and yin and mindfulness.
Taryn is a coach, somatic breathwork facilitator and trained chef who is passionate about helping women reclaim their power.
Dive deep into your inner self and discover the power of somatic practices in a supportive and welcoming environment. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, this journey is for anyone looking to cultivate a stronger mind-body connection and embrace self-care!

Yoga with Sarah is a beautiful openly guided experience, she meets everyone where they are at and gently guides you through this practice and movement.
During the Healing Breathwork session with Taryn, you will be safely and gently guided to explore, feel, and connect to deeper layers of your body, emotions, and consciousness that will allow you to access a profound connection with your body, mind, heart, and Soul unlocking all levels of self-healing.
We will wrap up the day with some tea and snacks and some time to integrate, share and connect.
