Zoom Link: Will be sent 2 days before the event to those registered.

Specific questions to be addressed are:

• “How can we meet our clients in this profoundly transformative moment of change?".

• “How does trauma from birth, previous experience, development, and complex trauma impact the perinatal process of becoming a mother and the developing infant?"

• “How can clinicians develop a human centered approach to understanding the biological, psychological and health impacts of trauma and how to ground interventions in the evolving needs of perinatal health?"

The discussion will offer specifics regarding:

• Developing a healing approach to the perinatal process and creating safety and connection that fosters attachment and connection.

• Considerations when working with individuals who experienced pre-verbal trauma.

• Understanding the human-centered biopsychosocial needs of mothers and infants in the perinatal developmental process.
