An experimental space to explore the intelligence of your body
About this Event

Somatic Lab is a beginner-friendly space where you can step out of your mind and into your body without needing to go deep or have any prior experience.

This isn’t traditional talk therapy.

It’s a guided group experience where we explore simple practices together to help you reconnect with yourself in a more direct way.

No pressure. No performance. Just exploration.

Is this you?
  • You tend to overthink or feel stuck in your head
  • You want more connection to yourself, your creativity, or your energy
  • You’re curious about this kind of work but don’t know where to start
  • You’re open to trying something new in a grounded, supportive space

What you’ll experience
  • Simple guided exercises (movement, breath, stillness, and awareness)
  • Opportunities for reflection and optional sharing
  • A supportive, contained space where you can go at your own pace
  • A different way of relating to your thoughts, emotions, and experience

What you’ll leave with
  • A sense of feeling more present and connected
  • More space in your mind (less overthinking)
  • A shift in how you relate to what you’re experiencing
  • Simple tools you can use in your day-to-day life

Why it’s called a Lab

Each session is an open, guided space to explore.

This isn’t about figuring yourself out.

It’s about experiencing yourself more directly.

We work with different themes and practices each time, with curiosity leading the way. There’s no pressure to get it “right”... just an opportunity to show up and see what’s there.

Who this is not for

This is a light-to-moderate group experience.

It may not be the right fit if you’re currently looking for deep therapeutic work or need more individualized support. If this is you please connect with us directly at [email protected]
