Fascia transmits information around the body faster than your nervous system. It is around every single cell in your body. Every. Single. Cell. It connects everything in our body to itself, making us neverending or neverbeginning. I like to think of it like the body's mycelial network.
On these evenings we are going to use your fascial superhighway, namely the fascia of your heart, to show you the truth behind your symptom/physical expression, helping you to move beyond hidden patterns.
