Somatic Healing Session

We will start the session with a Grounding body scan to bring awareness to sensations.

Somatic Movement for about 15 mins:

Gentle, trauma-informed movements stretching and unwinding to release stored tension from joints, hips, shoulders, and lower back.

The you will be lead to a Sound Healing Immersion:

Using crystal bowls, tuning forks, chimes, or rain sticks. Targeting frequencies for nervous system regulation feel where the sound resonates in the body.
