This Somatic Experiencing Practice Group is your opportunity to take the skills you’ve already learned in the 8-week Somatic Skills for Self-Regulation course and integrate them more into your daily life. Whether you’re navigating difficult relationships, managing stress, or processing old triggers, this group provides a curated, supportive environment to apply Somatic Experiencing (SE) in real-time—giving you more choice, more freedom, and more connection in your world.
As a participant, you’ll:
- Apply the skills and techniques you’ve learned to everyday situations—stressful events, relationships, or triggering memories—all while being guided through the process in a safe, structured group setting.
- Feel calmer, more grounded, and more aligned with who you truly are.
- Build more capacity to stay with your direct experience without numbing, reaction, or shutting down- so you can show up in your life as your most authentic and self-expressed self.
Cultivate Co-Regulation: Connect with a community of like-minded individuals who are dedicated to their own embodied healing and self-regulation. Together, we create an atmosphere of support, trust, and mutual growth.
Who is this Advanced SE Practice Group for?
This group is for graduates of my Somatic Skills for Anxiety and Self-Regulation course,
If that course sparked something in you, or if you’re ready to move beyond initial awareness and dive into deeper integration, this is the next step in your journey.
We’ll build on shared knowledge, allowing us to go deeper into the practice without needing to revisit basic concepts.
This is not a support group—it’s a co-regulation group. We won’t be solving individual problems; instead, we’ll use the group to deepen our shared practice and grow stronger together. The beauty of SE is that, by practicing together, we amplify the healing potential for everyone.
