Dragon Staff Dance: 6-week series
Join us for an exciting 6-week series of Dragon Staff Dance classes! Get ready to unleash your inner fire as we explore the art of dragon staff manipulation. Over 6 weeks, we will learn fundamental moves, discover drills to clean up our technique, and eventually add dance concepts into our dragon staff flow. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, Krysten will make sure you leave each class with new skills and things to work on.We will cover relevant terminology, and dive into these concepts:
- 10+ Chi Roll Variations
- Intentional Static Rolls
- Palm Spins
- Traps
- Tosses
- Groundwork
- Fluid Transitions
- Combos & Choreography
- Partner Dragon Staff
We will celebrate our last class of the series with a short group number, and make a video showcasing what we've learned together!*Participation in the video is optional
