😢 Grief Work: Let It Out Without Falling Apart

Grief sitting heavy in your chest? Loss, breakups, life changes, all just too much and all in once—it all gets stuck in your body. This session gives you a safe space to physically release it without "breaking down" or talking about it.
What You'll Do:
• Somatic exercises to locate and release grief in your body
• Breathwork to move stuck emotions (crying optional, not required)
• Physical release practices—shaking, tapping, grounding
• Sound work to let it out without words
• Practical tools to process grief on your own time
You'll Leave With:
• Lighter chest, less heaviness
• Permission to feel without falling apart
• Tools to process loss without "talking it through"
• Proof that grief can move through you, not stay stuck

ABOUT ME:
I combine years of training in breathwork, somatics, trauma release, and body-led wisdom to create gentle, effective journeys back to wholeness. Every session is a unique co-creation—anchored in compassion, realness, and practical tools you can use for life.
My mission is to create a safe, authentic space where people can reconnect to their hearts, release what no longer serves them, and live from the deepest truth of who they are.
Through somatic work, breath, movement, touch, sound, and meditation, I guide others to meet themselves fully, transform stagnant energy, and awaken their most authentic life.
