Breathwork facilitator Danielle Grace from My Strength Tank will reveal the potency behind every breath you take. As she says, "Here’s the secret—your breath is powerful." Guiding you through rhythmic breathing patterns, Danielle will help you create pathways for stagnant energy to depart, reclaiming your inner strength and true expression. Journey with her through rounds of circulatory breathing designed to usher out suppressed emotions, trauma, and stress stored within your core.
As this transformative process unfolds, musician Dave Patrick will cocoon you in a healing sound bath, creating a harmonious atmosphere for profound release and renewal. He will utilize over 70 crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, flute, and many more harmonic instruments to create symphony of healing frequencies, transporting participants to a realm of deep relaxation, introspection, and energetic balance.

WHAT TO BRING:
If possible, we ask that you please bring your own blanket or bedsheet to cover our cushioned floor mats, and your favorite pillow. No yoga mat needed! We can provide these items for you if you're unable to bring them. Please dress comfortably, bring water, and eat beforehand.

MEDICAL NOTICE, PLEASE READ:
If you have any serious medical condition (i.e. metal in the body brain injury, epilepsy, etc...) make sure you get written permission from your doctor allowing your attendance of a live sound bath. The reason being that some conditions do not take well to the strong vibrations of sound baths. Additionally, please inform Gigi of your condition before joining us at our sound bath, thank you!
