Welcome, dear friends, to a gentle and nurturing morning practice. As we step into this new year, I am deeply grateful to invite you to our first-ever morning gathering—a sacred space to begin again, with intention and inner quiet.
Have you heard the term ‘somatic’ and felt curious? At its heart, somatic practice is a loving return home to the wisdom of your own body. It is the art of listening deeply to the whispers of your inner sensations, a moving meditation that gently unwinds the stories held within.
In our time together, we will embark on a journey of harmonious layers:
We will begin with a Somatic Flow, a series of gentle movements drawn from Medical Qigong, Yoga, and Lymphatic Flossing. Each motion is an invitation to presence, carefully woven to resonate with the healing frequencies of the crystal chakra bowls that will surround us. This is where mindful movement and sacred sound become one dialogue, guiding you into deeper states of release and alignment.
From this place of softened awareness, you will receive Acupuncture (or gentle ear seeds for those who prefer them). Each needle is placed with the prayer of inviting profound peace, balance, and a sense of wellness that radiates from your center.
As you rest in this receptive state, the sound journey deepens. The air will hum with the ethereal waves of the singing pyramid, feeling its vibrations travel through you, while the soft rhythms of wave drums and other instruments hold the space. This is designed to be a truly immersive experience—a transformative bath of vibration meant to cleanse, uplift, and renew your spirit.
All you need to bring is yourself. We will provide yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye masks for your complete comfort, allowing you to fully surrender into this experience.
