Join us at the Edinburgh Yoga Room for a rejuvenating Soma Flow experience.
Soma Flow is a gentle breathwork movement and creative expression session.
This two-hour session is a blend of gentle breathwork and easy yoga-based movement to connect with your body. Through journaling, explore and express what your body reveals. You’ll leave with something that supports your wellbeing and nurtures your creativity.
For all abilities, you can be experienced or a beginner.
Soma Flow is a space for people who identify as BPOC (Black people, People of Colour).
Bring a yoga mat and cushion, if you have them, and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. Location: Edinburgh Yoga Room, 3–5 Forth Street, Edinburgh EH1 3JX.

Info: Your Soma Flow instructor, Raheema, will gently guide you through breathwork and easy-to-follow flowing yoga movements to help you connect with your body, open up, release, and awaken your creative flow.
Using a selection of creative prompts or by connecting with free-flowing expression, Raheema will guide you through a series of enjoyable journaling exercises. By the end, you’ll leave with something that supports your wellbeing and nurtures your creativity.
