This informative session will be hosted by Fischer Technology technical sales engineer Akmal Wardak, who will provide technical insights into Fischer instruments and lead live demonstrations.
Applications We Will Cover:
- XRF Analysis: Precise measurement of single or multi-layer coating thicknesses and bath composition analysis (including contaminants). We will also cover process control strategies and regulatory compliance for RoHS.
- Tactile & Portable Measurement: Handheld solutions for non-destructive coating thickness on various substrates, measuring ferrite content in stainless or duplex steels, and phase-sensitive testing for copper and PCB applications.
- Gold & Precious Metals: Rapid, non-destructive verification of gold karats and alloy concentrations for immediate valuation. And specialized authenticity checks to detect counterfeit cores (such as tungsten) in gold bars and coins using electrical conductivity.
