This Solutions Exchange event will focus on addressing political polarization in the workplace.
The workplace is one of the most diverse spaces in which we exist. Our coworkers often vary in age, race, and political alignment in ways our family and friends don't. How can we take these experiences into our daily lives? How do these experiences differ in the private sector, the public sector, large enterprises, and small businesses?
And remember, while you can avoid polarizing situations elsewhere, you probably can't quit your job!
