5Rhythms® is a dynamic movement meditation practice - a workout for body and soul. There are no steps to follow in this improvisational movement methodology. Instead, we show up, tune in, and move with what is alive in us.

KATE is dancer, mother, psychotherapist, Forest Therapy Guide, and certified 5Rhythms teacher. Whether in the therapy room, on the dance floor, or among the trees, she holds space for people to slow down, listen inward, and move with what’s real. www.katehuband.ca
Kate & Layah met on the dance floor in 1999 and have been friends and companions on the dancing path every since. This is their first shared offering.
