In collaboration with the Memphis Medical District Commission (MMDC), Abundant Life Wellness Solutions is enthusiastic about hosting Sole Serenity: Revitalize with Reflexology. This event will take place Saturday, September 23 from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM at the newly renovated Morris Park (Located at 747 Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN 38105). It is a place where the power of reflexology meets the natural beauty of Downtown. Gather your friends, family, co-workers and medical professionals for a serene place to relax.
As we observe World Reflexology Week, this FREE event will raise awareness about reflexology and its positive impact on physical and mental well-being. We will provide FREE services and resources from certified reflexologists and activities for all ages, including:
