Welcome to the enchanting world of Solar Punk Camp, where imagination meets sustainability, and eco-friendly adventures unfold under the warm embrace of the summer sun. Designed for children ages 8 to 13, this unique camp combines the joys of traditional summer activities with a futuristic twist, introducing young minds to the wonders of a green future of hope - not fear.
Our goal with this camp is to enrich our students lives and minds with the idea of positive change through eco-conscious sustainability; we hope to encourage projects based on hope for the future not fear, Eco-Centric not Ego-Centric. Through our projects we’ll be learning about ecosystems and biomes, creating green spaces around pre-existing structures with recycled materials, imagining energy generating resources with household materials.
Post Apocalypse? Let’s think Post Scarcity and imagine a world where we can thrive along side nature without exploiting it.
