How to prepare?
To get the most from the session, it’s best to come on an empty stomach or if you can, come completely fasted. Your tummy might be rumbling, but the experience will be multiplied exponentially.
Please wear comfortable clothes that allow free movement because the energy may propel you to dance, move, stretch, shake or simply lay still. It is better to come prepared so you can express all that your heart desires in that moment.
Come 15 minutes before the start of the session to arrive in the space, meet the other participants and find a comfortable place in the room. In order to preserve the energy of the group, we will start together and finish together. Meaning that once we start the session, no one else will be allowed to enter.
