This retreat is meant for you if you're feeling overwhelmed in life and need a soft place to reset. This retreat is for you if you have a hard time putting things down and lifting yourself up. This retreat is for anyone who needs to find just a few hours to themselves without the distractions of what's going on in life.
Beginning the morning with a 90 minute yoga flow designed to unwind what’s been held.
A nourishing lunch provided by Madgreens.
You’ll be guided into a floating meditation with sound healing held by water, carried by vibration, allowing your mind to quiet in a way it rarely gets to.
The rest of the day will be spent by the pool for journaling , reflecting floating or simply just being in the moment. Finding connection with others who share your experiences and creating a wider net into a community of support.

Info: This guided floating meditation, you’ll be invited to rest on the surface of the pool, allowing the water to carry you with support as your body fully lets go. As sound healing weaves through the space, the vibrations move through both water and body, creating a subtle, immersive experience that encourages release on a deeper level.

Or you may simply do nothing at all and let that be enough. Nothing is missing. Nothing needs to be fixed
