Join Chloe for an evening of grounding yoga, breathwork, mantra and deep rest as we move through the Autumn Equinox. This 2-hour container blends gentle standing postures and longer supported and restorative holds, with a focus on exploring the exhale and inviting the breath to settle you fully into the body. The session culminates in a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra that supports regulation, stability, and the natural transition of the season.The practice is accessible to all levels, whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice. Attendees are encouraged to move mindfully, honour their bodies and arrive ready to settle into stillness.
Optional herbal tea will be offered at the close of the practice to support a gentle return to the evening.
What to bring:
- Comfortable clothing suitable for yoga
- A yoga mat (limited amount available at the studio), blankets and bolsters are provided but feel free to bring your own if you prefer
- Water bottle
