About this Event
Start the New Year grounded, intentional, and connected to your body.
Renew & Reset is a New Year–inspired Mat Pilates experience designed to help you gently close one chapter and intentionally step into the next. This is not about hustle, pressure, or “new year, new you” energy it’s about resetting with care, moving with purpose, and creating space for what you want to call in this year.
The experience will begin with a slow, intentional Mat Pilates flow, focusing on breath, alignment, and mindful movement to help you release tension and reconnect with your body after the busy holiday season. Expect a grounding, accessible class suitable for all levels.
Following the movement portion, participants will receive a guided reflection booklet, curated to support:
- Setting intentions for the year ahead
- Reflecting on what you’re releasing
- Visualizing how you want to feel, move, and live this year
- Creating a soft vision-board–style aesthetic (without pressure or perfection)
This experience is designed to feel nourishing, reflective, and empowering a moment to pause, reset, and realign before stepping back into everyday life.
