Knit your first Nordic socks!
Nordic Sock Knitting course runs every 2 weeks from 09th January in the mornings 10:00-12:00.
Over the 4 session you will learn how to knit Nordic socks plus there is a bonus session a month later for any questions or problem solving.
Session one 09 January: Familiarising with pattern, picking wool for project, casting on and starting cuff
Session two 23 January: Leg and start of heel with heel flap
Session three 06 February: Heel turn and gusset. Start foot
Session four 20 February: Finish foot, toe decrease and finishing
Bonus session 20 March: problem solving and questions
Small group size of max 6 participants. On the first session you receive your printed pattern booklet and we pick the wool for the course project. I have a selection or you can bring your own (full information on tension and needles required will be sent before the course starts)
£60 for the whole course including printed pattern written by me, tuition throughout the course, refreshments&cake plus bonus session

Pre requirement: ability to cast on, do knit and purl stitch. This course is taught on DPNs, you are welcome to do the project on a circular needle if you prefer, but this requires you to know how to use circulars.
