Coach Eb brings a wealth of expertise as a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 2 British Weightlifting Coach, Biomedical Science graduate, and current Masters student in Sports & Exercise Science. She’s also completing a Diploma in Weightlifting, giving her both the academic insight and hands-on coaching experience to break the lift down step by step.
