Led by Adam Cox, Lead Consultant for Social Value at Cwmpas, this session will move beyond the theory to share practical, tested strategies for embedding, amplifying, and reporting social value.
You’ll also hear inspiring social value journeys from:
Laura Lumsden (SERO Carmarthen) – sharing how their community hub is creating local environmental impact and finding joy in small, meaningful changes.
Gwyneth Ayres (Carmarthenshire County Council), outlining how the council is taking a strategic, whole-organisation approach to social value and what’s next for delivery in practice.
