Arrive at Golden Grove Retreat Centre, set deep in the Carmarthenshire countryside. Quiet, rural lanes, open land, and very little light pollution. It’s peaceful, but it does mean darker roads, so please drive carefully and allow a little extra time.
Once inside, the space is warm, calm and welcoming. You’re gently held in a fabric hammock, floating, supported, weightless.
The lights soften. The room settles. Scents of rose, sage and palo santo move through the air. The gongs begin.
Sound rolls through the body:
breath slows, muscles soften,
thoughts step back from the microphone.
As vibration moves through tissue and bone, fascia eases, tension unwinds, and rest arrives without effort.
