About this Event

Come and spend 'International Women's Day' with a community focused all around girlhood! We will be spending our wellness morning resetting our body's and minds. We will start the morning with an hours yoga flow. This practice is all about softening the edges and finding joy in movement. Weaving in beautiful postures to ease you into your body. Grounding in our connection of female spirt and bonds that join us together. Expect fluid movement and light hearted energy.
After the class, enjoy a peaceful, 60 minute session in a safe, supportive space just for us. You will have access to a private 2 tiered indoor sauna, with private balcony, ice baths and bucket showers. Learn about sauna culture and enjoy a range of essential oils.
We will also have a choice of hot drink and scrumptious cinnamon bun to enjoy during our sauna period.
