Info: In the first part of the session, we’ll explore why social media often feels challenging for health and allied professionals. We’ll discuss why polished, “professional” content doesn’t always perform well and address common barriers such as time, confidence, compliance, and inconsistency. Most importantly, we’ll reframe social media as a trust-building tool focused on reassurance rather than perfection.

We’ll then cover the foundations that actually matter in a health setting, including how to choose the right platform, how often you realistically need to post, and which content types work best. Attendees will be introduced to three core content types — educational, process-based, and perspective-based — that build credibility and clarity without oversharing, using a simple and ethical structure that can be applied immediately.
