Aikyam is a Sanskrit word meaning inner harmony, and this philosophy sits at the heart of Vijeta’s work. Through Aikyam Wellbeing Coaching, she supports women, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and foster carers in cultivating digestive health, lifestyle balance, and emotional wellbeing using practical Ayurvedic principles tailored for modern life.
