SOCIAL DANTE FOR CHRISTMAS -- BRINDISI DI NATALE
Come along for a special gathering to exchange the Season’s greetings over a glass (or two) of prosecco and a slice of panettone or pandoro.
During this Christmas season a bit different from the previous ones, we will be happy to meet again to discuss the meaning of love, life and death in Italian literature. Our speakers and students of Italian will start from the 14th century with Petrarca, one of the fathers of Italian literature, and then link to 20th century Italian prose, poetry and songs.
Introduction in English by: Elisa Alemanno
Admission: members and our students of Italian FREE / non-members £ 3.00
