About this Event
This 6-week training program is designed for social dancers who want to move beyond steps and train with purpose, structure, and intention. The focus is on conditioning, strength, technique, and body awareness to help you dance with greater control, confidence, and clarity.
Through targeted drills, you’ll develop coordination, alignment, and movement quality, blending bachata foundations with contemporary and ballet-based techniques, including elements inspired by Cunningham. The training challenges you both physically and mentally, supporting long-term improvement rather than quick fixes.
By the end of the course, you’ll receive a complete PDF training program so you can continue progressing long after the 6 weeks finish.
