SOCA x LOVERS ROCK REFORMER: FUNDRAISER CLASS

Join us for SOCA x LOVERS ROCK Reformer Pilates, a 50-minute beginner-friendly class that blends mindful movement with the uplifting sounds of soca and lovers rock — all for a meaningful cause.

This special fundraiser class is in response to Hurricane Melissa, which has impacted communities across the Caribbean. 100% of proceeds will be donated to to help provide relief and essential supplies in Jamaica.

Info: The class begins at 14:30. Please arrive by 14:25 to check in and prepare.

Info: Our 50-minute session starts at 14:30 and ends at 15:20. Remember to bring grip socks, as they are required for the class. You can bring your own grip socks or buy them from places like Primark, Amazon, or Decathlon—just a few suggestions.
