Waikama are a band of well-known and talented local musicians who play reggae, ska and afro-beat for the love of music. After being on hiatus for over a year, frontman Robin Simpson has returned to Australia from Fiji for a special run of shows! Members are Robin Simpson (lead vocals and guitar), Owen Crittenden (sax, keys and vocals), Paul Johnston (keys and guitar), Aiden Haworth (drums), and Dave Tweedie (bass). This incredible group will be bringing you the hits from Bob Marley to Stevie Wonder.SMOKEY SATURDAYS are free entry music sessions held in the Smokey Dan’s courtyard every Saturday from 12-3pm. These unique events feature some of the best performers from the local area and beyond. Experience an amazing variety of music performed by solo artists, duos, and bands from a broad range of genres including rock, pop, blues, folk, country and more. While you listen enjoy a delicious meal from Smokey Dan’s incredible menu.
Smokey Saturdays are free entry and family friendly.
