Experience the vitality of Sunday mornings with our recurring movement series, hosted by lululemon Conestoga, Saje, and Conestoga Mall! Join us for a 60-minute pilates-based movement practice led by Christine Halbert. Whether you're a seasoned enthusiast or new to movement, all are welcome to join this invigorating experience!
The Details:
Gather at Center Court in Conestoga Mall at 9:30am (before the mall opens) for the movement practice. All are welcome to join in, although space is limited.
Community connection:
Join us for connection throughout the movement practice and feel free to stay after the event to socialize. Plus, enjoy early access to shop at both Lululemon and Saje before mall opening hours—beat the weekend rush and get your shopping done for the day!
Attire & Yoga mats:
Please bring your own yoga mat for the movement session; no other equipment is required. Wear comfortable active attire for the session and bring water to stay hydrated. Washrooms available to change inside the mall.
Christine H is a certified pilates instructor at Hustl and Flow and PilatesJustPlaneWorks. Always focused on form, her movements are thoughtful and intentional, building upon each other.
