This Smart Lunch presentation will highlight key resources available to providers and the families they serve, including the Growing Together Program, which promotes healthy child development and family connection, comprehensive perinatal support services that support parents before and after birth, and transportation benefits that help families access essential medical and supportive care.
Michele Grupe, the Manager of First 5 Commissions at Partnership HealthPlan, works collaboratively with First 5 Commissions across Partnership's 24-county region. She brings a strong background in family support services and prevention, with over twenty years of experience at a Family Resource Center in Napa, CA and served as a Commissioner of the First 5 Napa Commission for over a decade. Michele is deeply committed to strengthening early childhood education and family support systems through thoughtful improvements in policy, practice, and cross-sector partnerships.
