In this 90-minute gathering, Monique shares the story of how following her own intuition — through curiosity, through self-study, through her own natal chart — led her back to the same truths her inner knowing had been whispering all along. Monique is a Social-Emotional Learning practitioner, MEd candidate, and the creator of the Small Wins Big Magic™ daily check-in ritual. Her work sits at the intersection of self-trust, intuition, and aligned action. She followed her own inner whispers into deeper self-study — and discovered that her natal chart held the same messages her intuition had been sending for years. She brings that journey into her work, supporting people in building the inner muscle of follow-through, one small win at a time.

Do I need any prior experience with reflection or mindfulness?
No. Everything is guided and beginner-friendly. If you can breathe, you can do this.
Do I need to know anything about astrology?
Not at all. Monique shares her own story as a personal example — this is not an astrology workshop. It's a reflection experience for anyone ready to listen more closely to themselves.
Is journaling required?
No. Materials are provided and prompts are offered, but you engage at whatever level feels right.
Will I need to share anything with the group?
Sharing is always optional. This experience is yours to move through at your own depth.
What should I bring?
Yourself. A journal if you have one you love. Anything that helps you feel comfortable and settled — a cozy layer, a water bottle, an open mind.
