This event will take place at MALIN+GOETZ. borough yards.

Immerse yourself in a unique experience that invites the power of mindfulness & sound. Let the soothing sounds wash over you as you indulge in the delightful aromas that surround you. Join us for a sensory journey, where relaxation and rejuvenation awaits.

Working in collaboration with Malin & Goetz, Rebecca will take you on a sound journey to ground & relax you, ready for the week ahead.

There will be time after the event to explore the Malin & Goetz Skincare.

Disclaimer:

Sound Baths are not recommended for those in the first trimester of pregnancy, with pace makers or serious heart conditions. Please also be aware if you suffer with any chronic pain that the session takes place on yoga mats on the floor.
